Vhonani Nemakanga Incorporated, known as VN Incorporated (the law firm) is a dynamic boutique law firm based in Pretoria and Midrand.
Founded by Vhonani Leonard Nemakanga (Vhonani,) the firm is 100% black owned. Vhonani Nemakanga Incorporated offers its services to various sectors including private individuals, the public sector and business.
The firm’s services ranges from general civil litigation, commercial law litigation, criminal law, labour law and general dispute resolution including matrimonial law and divorce law.
We also offer our services to Municipalities, State Owned Entities as well as nonprofit organizations.
At Vhonani Nemakanga Incorporated, we strive to meet all our existing clients, new clients and potential clients’ needs in all their legal issues. We ensure that we give our clients legal
solutions which are tailor made and designed for their unique legal and business needs. Our purpose is to assist all types of companies/businesses and entrepreneurs with legal
support through any means of legal intervention and to assist further in being pro-active in all imminent legal issues.
