DIRECTOR
A multi-skilled admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Vhonani holds LLB degree from UNISA, Paralegal Diploma from UNISA, Bcom from Milpark Business School as well as Practical Project Management from UNISA School of Business Leadership (SBL).
He is the founder and director of the firm. Before admission as an attorney, Vhonani worked in corporate environment where he gained valuable exposure to business law by working with various law firms who
were in the panel of attorneys for companies he worked for among others he worked as legal advisor. He also worked as litigation management specialist instructing panel of attorneys and managing company’s litigation department. After obtaining his LLB degree,
Vhonani continued to work in the corporate world as a legal advisor.
This is where he was able to hone his skills in providing legal advice to corporate clients. He went on to serve articles of clerkship in a law firm based in Johannesburg. The firms’ clients included big, medium and small companies including some major banks and government state owned companies as well as municipalities.
Here Vhonani was able to put theory to practice in respect of litigation.
After establishing VN Incorporated, Vhonani continued to provide legal services to companies, individuals, organizations and state-owned companies.

Admitted as a practising attorney in 2007, practised as an attorney for over 9 years, and as human resources (employment/industrial relations) practitioner in the corporate space for about 5 years, Tshimangadzo is a seasoned labour and employment law Attorney, human resources employment/industrial relations) practitioner, advisor and trainer.
As a practising Attorney, Tshimangadzo has excelled in among others labour and employment law, commercial law, corporate law, administrative and constitutional law. Tshimangadzo has a right of appearance at the high court and has appeared at the labour court, magistrates courts, private arbitrations, ccma and bargaining councils. Tshimangadzo is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces. Tshimangadzo also chair disciplinary hearings.
Tshimangadzo has also worked as legal advisor employment law and relations in a corporate environment. During his stint as a legal advisor, Tshimangadzo excelled in dispute resolution in human resources processes and standards, advising executive on various governance and risks issues, advise line management on various employment relations aspects, advising employees on various employment relations aspects, train line management and employees on various employment relations aspects, represent the employer at the CCMA and bargaining councils. Tshimangadzo is a member of the Institute of People Management (IPM) and South African Board of People Practitioners (SABPP).
Tshimangadzo worked for among others Leppan Beech Attorneys, FR Pandelani Incorporated Attorneys, Auditor General South Africa and is currently a Managing Director at Optimiza Consultancy Pty Ltd a professional management service provider company in Fourways. Tshimangadzo is also studying towards a Master’s degree in labour law with the University of South Africa (UNISA).

Consultant Attorney
A qualified admitted Attorney and entrepreneur. He obtained his LLB degree in 2003 from Wits University.
He also holds LLM Corporate Law degree from UNISA, Diploma in Compliance from University of Johannesburg as well as Certificate in Commercial law and Commercial Contract drafting. Michael practiced as attorney for several years.
In 2007 he established TRAVIRUM, a business legal advisory firm which provide services to businesses and government entities. He is a very experienced lawyer with both litigation and legal advisory experience.
He is a consultant of the firm and his duties involve among others advising the firm’s legal practitioners, clients of the firm and clients relationship management. He is an experienced legal researcher and helps the firm in complex matters where deep research is needed.
TRAVIRUM and V.N Incorporated collaborate in the provisioning of legal services. V.N Incorporated represent TRAVIRUM’s clients in all litigation matters as well as in all other forums where representation by an attorney is required.

He is a qualified admitted ATTORNEY, NOTARY & CONVEYANCER of the High Court of South Africa. He studied for his BA (POL) & LLB degrees at the University of the South Africa in 1997 to 2004 respectively.
Mr Matseke attended the Practical Law School offered by the Law Society of the Northern Provinces in 2004, there after he served his articles of clerkship with MARIVATE ATTORNEYS until the end of 2004 His field on induction as a candidate attorney, was conveyancing and property consulting.
As a candidate attorney, he was trained extensively and personally involved in consulting, preparation, drafting, transfer and registration of deeds at the Deeds Office and advising various clients, inter alia, private individuals, municipalities, government departments, government agencies and government owned companies on property related issues.

He is responsible for Candidate Attorney who has in-depth legal knowledge in Corporate/Commercial law, Public and Private law, Labour law, Civil Litigation and have ability to executive any legal processes in High Court and Magistrate courts. Have gained lots of experience over a period of 2years in Local government work regarding land matters, labour matters, corporate/company matters, debt collection and litigation.
Receptionist
She is a Receptionist, who is embedded with high qualify of services. Also acquitted with all legal processes and the systems and has a good interrelation skills acquired over years through interacting with various stakeholders.
She has a solid communication skills both written and verbal. Proven working experience of over 5years in front office handling receptionist duties consists of good planning and organizing, flexibility, adaptability and furthermore she is a team worker. She is a very resourceful person and proactive in dealing with any problems that may arise.
